We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to a local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the country.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

For your convenience, KESH UNLMTD offers our international customers the option to return products within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized by us before sending them back. Please note that Kesh limited will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt. Any returned item which fails to meet this criteria may not be refunded. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

Once the goods are received and processed for approval by Kesh limited, a refund will be issued for the returned items in the original form of payment (via Credit card or Pay-pal) within 5-10 working days.

**We suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked courier service in order to be able to monitor the returned parcel, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

החזרות והחלפות בישראל

ניתן להחליף או להחזיר כל פריט תוך 14 ימי עסקים מיום קבלת המשלוח, כל עוד לא נעשה בו שימוש.

בשביל לבצע את ההחזרה/החלפה יש לפנות אלינו במייל הרשום למטה עם מספר הזמנה וסיבת ההחזרה. לאחר קבלת אישור במייל חוזר ניתן לבצע את ההחזרה בשני דרכים:

- שליח עד הבית בעלות של 30 ש״ח שיקוזז מסכום הזיכוי.

- הגעה לחנות בנחלת בנימין 40, תל אביב. מומלץ להתעדכן בשעות ההגעה לפני הפתיחה.

לאחר קבלת הפריט חזרה לחנות יוחזר התשלום לכרטיס האשראי או לחשבון הפייפאל שממנו בוצעה ההזמנה.
